That’s what has inspired me to write this blog for you. For those of you who don’t know me. I’m Robyn Nind, Blue Label Life’s Top Matchmaker. I’ve work with some of Sydney’s most elite singles and watched love blossom with my matchmaking techniques and expertise. I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to change lives, everyday I pinch myself.
I’d on that note I’d like to share with you my favourite quote with you and a story.

It’s powerful, isn’t it? As a professional matchmaker I’ve seen it all. I’ve had the opportunity to have a bird’s eye view of relationships and truly understand what it takes make a relationship last. I’ve always had a huge fascination with relationship and over the years I have extensively studied the successful dynamics vs the unsuccessful ones.
I have found that the successful relationships that have stood the test of time all have something in common, that the couple are best friends. Absolute best friends, like the most perfect written piece of music it just feels right. Just like Cinderella and her glass slipper friendship and love just fit. It works!
The key message I’d like to share you with you is friendship, never underestimate it. You’ve probably heard dating experts who give mixed advice. Some say you should date your friend whereas others day absolutely not.
Here‘s the thing. Your partner, shouldn’t they be your absolute best friend?
Someone you absolutely can be 100% transparent with, someone you feel safe with? Someone you can laugh with, cry with, dream with and support?
Being in love is one of our deepest human needs, it is essential for optimal living. Humans need love and to be loved. Should you do with someone that feels safe, so the relationship is easy and effortless? This gives you time to spend your time planning your adventures rather than wasting time working through your differences.
If you are looking for love to stand the test of time, make sure you can be friends first, of course there will be spark, it just happens when its right.
